Leranda Ridge Alpacas SHOW RESULTS
Leranda Ridge Alpacas are heavily involved in Alpaca showing for many reasons such as keeping in touch with the ever changing fleece types and styles. Since our entry into the industry the fleeces have developed to a stage where the current 'popular' fleece styles are long thin staples of highly aligned fibres creating density and brightness.
To build a business other breeders and the public have to know who you are, what you breed and that doesn't mean 'alpacas', but if you are colour specific with your breeding and the level of stock in your herd.
Best of all is the social aspect, mingling with other like minded people and gathering information from other breeders.
Of course, if you pick up a ribbon along the way, it is a great feeling.
